Every Thursday in August, at 7:00 p.m., you can learn to play the handbells. All beginners and those wishing to brush up on their technique are encouraged to come. These sessions are for youth, beginning at age 10, and adults. Come for as many sessions as you can. They will be held at Advent in the music room and run for approximately one hour. Sessions are Aug. 7, Aug. 14, Aug. 21, and Aug. 28. Email the church (
